We were happy the moment we walked in. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Excellent space which was surprisingly quiet given its location; which was close to every thing. Clean, comfortable, and an excellent value. We come to the Williamsburg area frequently and will look first at Patriots Inn for our travel needs.

Great location- needs some fresh paint and updated carpets- when you walked into the building (the first one) to get to the room, the carpet was so stained it was a turn off. The room was clean but some floor spots on the tile really needed a scrub. It would also be helpful if there was some blinds that let light into the room in addition to the curtains- we were on the first floor and when the curtains were up to let in light, everyone could see in. The fact that we had to take the trash out our selves and call for clean towels (they brought them to the room when we were out but they left the dirty towels in the room) were both very minor inconveniences. These were all minor issues and would definitely not keep us from staying here again. We have stayed at Patriots Inn several times and have definitely recommended to others.

There were four of us and one of them was a friend of my daughter's, so I was looking for a place at the last minute where we had a little more privacy. So, instead of a regular room, I found this place at the last minute with two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, with a small living room and kitchen. I figured it would be super expensive with resort fees but it was just perfect. And no hidden fees. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the shower felt great after a very hot and humid day outside. It was also very close to many restaurants and attractions. The front desk clerk was very friendly and gave us a lot of information at check-in.

Very large comfortable room, safe parking, great HVAC and water pressure with a great bed that was comfortable and all the things you need, almost like a miniature home. Was a two bedroom suite with a big walk-in shower. Parking was easy right there on site and plenty of it. It's also in a great location convenient to everything. Great value!

Room was clean, pool was open and clean. We only stopped over on a road trip to NJ but it was a pleasant stay and wished we had time to spend at the local attractions.

The accommodations were perfect for what we needed. We were in town for graduation at William & Mary so we wanted to be close. Plenty of space, clean and quiet. We used the kitchen to make breakfast. It all went well. The only issue we had was the hair dryer didn’t work, and the dishwasher didn’t work. They said that the maintenance person would work on it, and I imagine they did. I would recommend Patriots Inn and stay there again.

Clean room, fresh linens, comfortable bed. We loved the tiled bathroom and large shower. The kitchenette made keeping food and drinks convenient. Being able to cook saved money. We enjoyed the privacy of the second bedroom and bathroom. Our stay was quiet and restful. Location was close to attractions and restaurants. We highly recommend.

Complete apt with all the necessary items. Our unite had two bedrooms, two (!) full baths, a nice little kitchen with a dishwasher. A living room with couch and good TV in every room. Very convenient location for shopping the outlets and touring W&M. Lovely staff (Hi Hope!). Comfortable beds. Good TVs. Working AC. Ample parking. We could live here for weeks!

I like the location. It's around different hubs to eat and enjoy entertainment. The check in was easy and the person at the front desk was nice. If you need anything, the front desk workers were kind enough to oblige. The outdoor pool and hot tub was nice and clean. The landscape around it was nice to look at. The family suite has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a pullout sofa bed, great for families. The kitchen has everything you probably need for cooking and keeping food fresh. Everything was very clean and in working order!!

Clean. Nice staff. Nice pool. Hallways in condo buildings are clean and well kept. Pleasurable stay and staff takes care of any issues quickly. Rates are affordable and location is excellent.
